My husband walked into a groomer one day when I was just 19 years old. He was bringing his mom's dog to be groomed and noticed how busy they were and wondered if they could use any help from his then very shy girlfriend. Sure enough, they did and I immediately found my calling. Little by little I learned enough to go from a dog washer to a groomer and found that my quiet gentle nature is just what the dogs loved about me.  

A few years later, we opened our first shop, Pawz n Clawz, where we cared for dogs in and around Great Neck for 15 years. It was always our dream to go mobile and 2020 seemed like the perfect year to start!

As residents of Glen Head, we are so excited to bring our top notch grooming to our own community here on the North Shore of Long Island! Salon Pup combines the same excellent service our clients have become used to- right at  your curbside.
